Jennifer Lopez Marathon? What happened to that then? In my last post here J-Lo and the Twins, I mentioned that she was training to run a marathon in September, but lately all news of that proposal has gone very quiet indeed.

Well, maybe Jennifer Lopez has decided it was a bad idea, especially as motherhood has not taken over the major portion of her life. Or at least that's what you'd think. We had a sneaky look at the blog on her own website and, well, no surprises but that blog didn't get updated between January 14 and August 16.

In that last post she has this to say:

"During our formative years, my sister Lynda and I had very limited resources. Being cognizant, from personal experience, of what many people live without has provided both of us with a unique understanding of where the disparities in our society are and how important it is for each of us to try to address them - to make a tangible difference.

The number of women and children who live in an environment without access to quality health care or health education is far too great for us to ignore. After the birth of my newborns, whom I realized were receiving fantastic medical care, I also realized that my passion was not to just try to increase the access to healthcare for underserved women and children, but to try to improve the quality of this care for everyone, regardless of their ability to pay."

Well that was it. Nothing added or taken away.

One gets the feeling that J Lo is selling her fans a little short in her own blog - which is supposed to be a running commentary on what is happening in her life even if she doesn't write it herself. She should have her PR person at least keeping it up to date for her fans.

By not keeping that blog up to date with news of the true Jennifer Lopez, it is left to less well informed blogs to write what they want and sometimes that news can be erroneous and in some cases even damaging. So come on Jennifer, give your PA a little directive here and make sure that blog stays up to date!

J-Lo and the Twins

This time around we take a peek at J Lo and the twins. In the last post where we looked at Jennifer Lopez and her Jennifer Lopez $6 Million Babies!, the ink had hardly dried on the paper and the world was clamouring for more news! Well, we kept quiet for a while to let the noise die down a bit. Especially after the hype of American Idol and Asia’h Epperson taking up all the air-time on TV! But now its time to pipe up with some more Jennifer Lopez news.

The publication of those pictures of the Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony twins! Well, they're now one month old, that's Max and Emme by the way, not Jennifer Lopez! Well, those photos finally hit the streets just on Friday. People Magazine have produced a massive 12-page portfolio using a large array of the pictures they purchased for a cool $6m.

Already many publishing insiders say that it was money well spent. Really?

well, it gives the gossip hungry public a chance to see what the kids look like. Apparently thay resemble their father rather more than their super-glam mother. The interview accompanying the pictures delivers plenty of information from the normally obsessively private star.

Jennifer Lopez's twins, who were born on February 22nd via C-section, were not, as was popularly assumed, conceived through artificial insemination.

"It was natural. We didn't do in vitro, which I know was reported," Jennifer Lopez says.

"Everybody assumed that because we had twins. I wanted to have a baby, but I've always said exactly what I said all those years they (reporters) asked us since we've been married: 'Well, when are you guys gonna have some kids?' When it happens naturally, I guess."

Jennifer Lopez, who is 38, admits she had nearly given up hope of becoming a mother after trying to get pregnant during the last three years. She says she was so stunned when it actually happened that she believed the pregnancy test was faulty. So she actually dispatched an assistant to buy more kits, which also tested positive - by the third time she finally accepted the news.

Jennifer Lopez, who enjoyed a morning sickness free pregnancy, has already managed to lose most of her 50 lbs of baby fat. She is currently training for a marathon in September. Go for it girl!

Jennifer Lopez $6 Million Babies!

Baby news is following Jennifer Lopez around like it's the hottest thing since sliced toast. Following our last revelations here Jennifer Lopez Baby News Snippet, it has been just been leaked that for the knock-down bargain price of only $6 Million, you can buy your very own unique, exclusive set of Jennifer Lopez’ baby pictures!

Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony are expected to be collecting between $4 and $6 million for the exclusive rights to the very first pictures to be released of their twins.

Whilst representitves for Jennifer Lopez deny that it's a done deal, it is already being reported that the incredible asking price is set to be divided between U.S. magazine People and the rival tabloid OK!

This figure will pay for the international rights for all its editions around the world.

If this payment estimate is correct, it will top the previous record which was set by the biological daughter of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, Shiloh. Those pictures graced the cover of People in 2006 for an estimated $4 million.

When you think of it, these crazy deals make Christina Aguilera’s ($2million) and Nicole Richie’s ($1million) recent baby cover pictures seem like a real bargain!

Jennifer Lopez has now fuelled the rumour machine that she is expecting twins.

The Jennifer Lopez baby news snippet is that she was seen purchasing matching pink and blue romper suits that were embroidered with the cutie words “prince” and “princess“.

The pregnant 38 year old singer and actress is reportedly due to give birth sometime in February. Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony bought those his and hers items this week. The happy couple have also registered their baby shower gift list at the excluseive Los Angeles baby boutique Petit Tresor. This has further added to the "twin" rumours.

Among the extensive catalogue of lavish gifts are clothes and accessories and they are all in pairs.

Amongst the items bought, there are two $225 Moses baskets, two $349 cashmere outfits, one that's in pink and the other that's in blue two and $65 Smushy teddy bears - one with a pink ribbon and, yes, one with a blue ribbon.

The expensive list also includes a $560 jogging stroller - for two, a $3,495 black enamelled baby carriage and a rather fetching $289 suede play mat.

Jennifer Lopez has also requested two $429 double Peg Perego strollers - one in a toffee colour and one in mint. Oh, yes and ten $22 baby bottles!

The diva - who is widely believed to have conceived following undergoing IVF treatment - has booked Petit Tresor to design three nurseries at the couple’s three estates in Bel Air, Fisher Island and Oyster Bay.

A source told the New York Daily News: “She is spending $40,000 on each nursery. They will all have gilded cribs and she wants them filled with the most chic furniture from Europe and embroidered linens from France, all in pink and blue.”

Samantha Winch, co-owner of Petit Tresor said: “We don’t talk about any of our clients.”

Jennifer Lopez Could be Dropped!

Following on from the last post Jennifer Lopez Music - The Growing Tummy, here is some shocking news from the world of Jennifer Lopez Music:

Jennifer Lopez music and film star could be facing the axe from her record label following her disappointing sales of the latest album "Brave". That's right folks, Jennifer Lopez could be dropped!

The seventh studio recording from Jennifer Lopez was released last month and sold a paltry 53,000 copies in its first week. This prompted reports that Jennifer Lopez could be dropped by Epic Records - which is a subsidiary of the giant Sony BMG.

The label is apparently reportedly fed up with Jennifer Lopez music’s poor record sales as well as the extravagant costs to maintain her on their list. This included an album cover that cost a crazy £30,000 and an even crazier make-up fee of nearly £4,000 for each promotional appearance she puts in.

A source at Epic Records says, “(Jennifer Lopez) is costing too much money and she doesn’t sell enough records. This woman requires everything short of flying monkeys to get on a stage.” Well, if that's the case, then it's no wonder Jennifer Lopez could be dropped and she has only herself to blame...

This weekend, Jennifer Lopez was proudly showing off her expanding baby bump whilst gazing lovingly at husband Marc Anthony as she happily posed for photographs on the red carpet.

The 38 year old singer who arrived at the Movies Rock: A Celebration Of Music In Film party was wearing a floor-length white gown with a gold clutch. Jennifer Lopez looked the picture of health on Saturday as she lovingly stroked her bulging tummy and kissing hubby Marc.

Now the happy couple are really looking forward to the arrival of their first child early next year. But they aren't revealing the baby's due date just yet!

It seems that Jennifer Lopez is keeping mum about whether she's pregnant or not. Despite her attempts to conceal the truth from her adoring fans, she's been caught by photographers performing live and seen in public wearing loose fitting apparel in a vain attempt to hide the growingly obvious "bump".

To make matters worse, it was recently mentioned by fashion designer Roberto Cavalli when he told reporters "Well Jennifer Lopez, at this moment, she requests something very special because she is waiting for the baby."

Did she think we wouldn't notice? Ha!
